| A recent graduate
of the federally funded Youthbuild program for at-risk young adults
led by Daisy's Resource Center in North Chicago, told Congressman
Kirk during her graduation ceremony that her real dream was to study
oceanography. Congress Kirk helped arrange a visit to the Shedd
Aquarium for Maria Arenas, where she spent time with the staff and
helped with the marine life. |
