Kirk, students urge safe prom night

Congressman Mark Kirk, R-10th, of Highland Park, and his Student Leadership Advisory Board joined Comcast Cable at Deerfield High School Friday to record Public Service Announcements urging teenagers to be safe and sober on Prom night. Kirk's Student Leadership Advisory Board is made up of junior class presidents of each high school in the 10th district. The board was formed in 2001.
