Immigration Forum

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will hold an informational community forum on May 1, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Robert Abbott Middle School, 1319 Washington St., in Waukegan.

Visitors will have the opportunity to inquire about pending cases that are over one-year-old and receive information about proposed immigration reform.

The event is co-sponsored by Congressman Mark Kirk's Latino Advisory Board.

To facilitate status checks on pending cases, bring any appropriate paperwork received from immigration authorities.
